Stephen began his professional human resource senior care career in
1981. During his career he amassed 15 very successful years as Vice
President of Human Resources for several of the largest long-term and
senior care providers in the country. He is widely recognized for
customizing effective solutions to improve customer/employee and
employer synergies. Stephen is the founder of and national award journey
host at the Center for Cultural Innovation (CCI).
In 2013 Stephen co-authored the four book Legacy Leadership Series with
Gary B. Stroud, PhD., former Program Chair for Human Resource
Management at the graduate and undergraduate school at Franklin
University in Columbus. The Legacy Leadership Series is designed to
provide workplace leaders the transformational, internal cultural
mechanisms to become a more effective, efficient and influential cultural
innovator and better human being.
In 2015, CCI partnered with CHASeminars.com to bring healthcare leaders
the Legacy Leadership Academy, featuring the Legacy Leadership
In 2011 Stephen wrote an Editor’s Choice award winning mystery novel titled “Almost”.
